Romanos English Nursery School (hereinafter referred to as “Romanos”) is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience. This Statement of Privacy applies to Romanos’s website and governs data collection and usage. By using this website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. Our Privacy Policy applies to any member or visitor to our website.  
The purpose of this Privacy Statement is help you understand the way we collect and use personal data and the choices you have. We welcome any comments or questions you may have. 
 
2. Collection of Personal -Data
Some of the ways in which we collect your personal data include (i) when you submit to us the Registration Form or any other relevant document, for enrolment purposes of your child/children to the School and (ii) when your account on the School’s website is created. Once your profile is created, you can manage your personal data contained in your Profile Account at any time by logging in and editing the information. 
 
Romanos’s website collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, telephone number as well as children’s data. Romanos also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your post code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites.
There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by Romanos. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Web site addresses. This information is used by Romanos for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Romanos Web site.
Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through Romanos public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. Romanos does not accept responsibility for this. Note: Romanos  does not read any of your private online communications.

3. Use of Personal Data
 
Romanos collects and uses your personal information to operate the Romanos website and deliver the services you have requested. Romanos also uses your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Romanos and its affiliates. Romanos may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.
Romanos does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to any third parties. The only relation to your personal data and any third parties involved is specified in point 4, below. Romanos  may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. Romanos keeps track of the websites and pages our customers visit within Romanos, in order to determine what Romanos services are the most popular. By becoming a registered Member of Romanos, you expressly agree for Romanos to transmit the personal data you have disclosed to the school (i) to comply with any statutory obligations the school has, (ii) for insurance purposes, (iii) to perform a contractual obligation. Any data processes will be made solely for the legitimate interests pursued by the controller, except if overridden by the rights and freedoms of the data subject which requires protection, especially in the case where the data subject is a child. We will not transmit any of your data to any other third parties, without first acquiring your explicit consent.

If you agree with the changes made and acknowledge the new content of the Privacy Statement, you may continue the use of our services after we notify you for the changes effected, either by emailing you or after publishing the updated version of the Privacy Statement.
